We regret it, but we are totally sold out of stock for next year 2008. We are unable to fulfill any more orders for delivery in 2008. No trees, no potted trees, no seeds.

To reserve trees for 2009 please send in your order form now -- without payment. Later next year I'll remind you to send prepayment by sending you an invoice.

How To Order

Order form. Just print out the order form (pdf) using Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.0 or later. You can download the lastest version of Acrobat for free from www.acrobat.com. We will invoice you for the total amount with applicable sales tax and/or shipping and handling charges inclusive. Credit cards are not accepted.

Prices on all trees is $30 per tree effective June 1 for all orders delivered in 2008. For orders greater than 10 trees, please call us for a price discount quote.

Sales tax applies for Virginia (5%) and West Virginia (6%) orders. Virginia sales tax applies to all customers picking up their orders at the farm.

Destinations to which we sell and ship are shown and described in the Zone Map. Specifically, these zones are:

• Zone 1: CT, DE, MA, MD, ME, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, VA, VT, WV.
  
• Zone 2: AL, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KY , MI, MO, MS, NC, SC, TN, WI.
  
• Zone 3: AR, AZ, CA, CO, ID, KS, LA, MN, MT, ND, NE, NM, NV, OK, OR, SD, TX, UT, WA, WY.
  

At this time, we do not sell or ship to destinations outside the Lower 48 States of the United States. In addition to not shipping internationally and not shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Alaska, we do not ship to States where the law prohibits the importation of our stock. In the future a method will be secured for the sale of trees internationally.

Shipping and handling charges are assessed according to the destination zone of the order. See the Zone Map.

Shipping and handling charges are based on your zone.

• Zone 1: 20% of the merchandise total; pre-tax for WV addresses
• Zone 2: 25% of the merchandise total
• Zone 3: 50% of the merchandise total

Orders, changes and substitutions must be received by March 20.

Shipping season will be this coming April. For the BEST transplanting success your growing season should not lag behind our growing season in Harpers Ferry, WV.

Payment must be received with your order, in the form of a check or money order. Do not send cash. Credit cards are not accepted at this time.

Please honor the hard work that went into the discovery and selection of these patented pawpaws. Do not propagate these cultivars or distribute them to others without written permission. By purchasing our trees you affirm that you are the final recipient and final destination where the trees will be planted. When you intend the trees as a gift to another, the actual recipient agrees to honor the same patent restrictions. The transfer of trees to persons outside the US is prohibited. In the future a method will be secured for the sale of trees internationally.

We guarantee that the plants we ship to you are in excellent condition at the time the leave our nursery. If your trees are damaged in transit, please keep all the packing materials and notify the shipper at once, then contact us. For trees that fail to leaf out, we will provide replacement or a refund, but not for trees that die over the summer. We are not responsible for poor treatment that you (or Mother Nature) may give your trees.
